Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling and managing the Operational team with cross-functional teams to ensure that we are tracking well against our targets (Financial as well as operational metrics)
  2. Sales analytics and reporting – efficiency, effectiveness and coverage model
  3. Competition profiling & analysis, Deal qualification, Win-loss study
  4. Creating and Managing a Knowledge Management framework to improve sales collaboration
  5. Work closely with the Operational Director and Company’s CEO and CRO
  6. Customer Relationship Management
  7. Tap new international market, generate new business, and follow-up with existing clients to increase revenue of OnlyB2B
  8. Upsell & Cross-sell to existing clients
  9. Nurturing accounts that aren’t quite ready to move forward in the sales process – Lead Farming

 

Preferred Candidate

  1. Candidate should be a Graduate from a reputed college
  2. 5+ years of corporate experience from Lead Generation Industry
  3. Has hands-on experience with international market
  4. Must be aggressive, self-starter, internally motivated, target-oriented, and must have good leadership skills
  5. Managing complex sales situations in acquiring new clients and up-sell / cross-sell to existing ones
  6. Ability to work under a fast-paced, start-up environment, Collaborative, Result oriented
  7. Ability to team effectively with cross-functional groups like Finance, Marketing, Delivery and HR

 

Working days

Monday- Friday (Sat – Sun fixed off)
Candidate should be flexible to shift timing.
