How long will it take to get a campaign started?

We take between anywhere between 12 – 24 hours to start a campaign. In some cases, we have been able to begin with a new campaign within 2 – 4 hours as well.

Am I tied into a long contract?

There is no hassle of long contracts with us. However, we expect you to provide us a minimum of 30 days notice in writing if you are not happy with our services and wish to discontinue.

Do we need to give you a list of target companies or contacts?

For ABM campaigns clients have to provide us with the list of target companies. Sometimes we will require you to provide us contacts as well.

For content syndication, MQL and SQL campaigns there is no need to share a list of companies or contacts. However, we will require campaign requirements/specifications.

Where do you buy your data from?

We do not buy data from anywhere. We have a research team and telemarketing team who carry out extensive research and build an error free list.

How do you generate the leads?

We use e-mail marketing and telemarketing as the medium to generate leads. Besides this, we also provide services related to appointment setting, data gathering, content creation and web services. You can read about it here.

We normally recommend all our clients to run any lead generation program for a minimum of 3 months to see results.

We record calls for quality assurance which is a part of our process. We provide transcripts or call recordings on request.

How do I know about leads?

We can share the leads with you in the desired format including .xls, .docx or attaching API to your CRM system.

How do you train your staff on my campaign?

We have an in-house team of professional and experienced trainers in the field of IT, BPO and ITES. We provide 4 weeks of training to new joiners and refresher training every 45 days to the existing work force.

How will you contact my target companies? Do you call them?

Yes, we call them first and gauge their interest. It is only after that, we send them relevant e-mails.

What happens if I receive a lead that is of poor quality?

We will accept the return if it has a reasonable basis.
