Job description

The Sales Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new qualified sales leads. The offerings will be cloud, security, marketing automation tools, unified communication and the target set of customers will be SMBs, ISVs, Agencies, Start-ups in US and other international markets.

  • Will be required to generation of qualified sales leads calling.
  • This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new
    business prospects from multiple sources including marketing leads, prospect lists,
    discovery and individual research.
  • Should be aggressive towards achieving Sales targets.
  • Targeting Founders, Directors, Managers, CEOs, CTOs and VP level clients and make first
    level contacts.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written is a must for this position.
  • Prefer a graduate with B2B sales experience preferably in the USA / UK market.
  • Should have a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 3 years with most or all of it in a
    Technology Sales preferably in generating leads for IT services/Product companies in the
    USA market.
  • Candidates working in international BPO’s in sales/collections/retentions are also
    eligible.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to all
    levels both within and outside the organization.
  • Fresher with excellent communication skill can also apply.
  • Should be dynamic, energetic, and assertive besides excellent communication and
    presentation skills.

Delivery Manager

Job description

•  Supervising and coordinating all processes and activities in the Delivery Process.
•  Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed.
•  Responsible for the performance of a team of up to 20 agents to meet/exceed key performance metrics for both quality and production.
•  Monitor and evaluate agent monthly performance, review productivity and attendance reports, and coach staff members to improve performance.
•  Stays informed of all new Campaigns/ Projects and ensure that agents are properly briefed before they go live with the Campaign.
•  Be visible to agents. Managers should walk around regularly to perform live monitoring of agents, compliment agents for on-the-spot performance, and assist agents struggling with calls.
•  Motivates employees to ensure optimal performance results are achieved and that a positive, constructive work environment is provided.
•  Addresses staff performance issues; provides additional training when needed; recommends appropriate personnel actions.
•  Oversee the day to day operations of the group.
•  Other duties as delegated.
•  Drive continuous improvements to increase productivity reduce costs.
•  Provide daily goals and strategy to their team that will maximize the productivity.
•  Manage revenue/profit results to meet business objectives.
•  Administer continuous training and coaching to ensure quality.
