Job description

We are recruiting passionate, committed & talented full-stack web developers with experience in Java, HTML, PHP, CSS, Angular JS / React JS and .NET technologies. Most developers tend to focus on either the front-end, the dynamic, interactive portion of a website that everyone is familiar with, or the back-end, the data-driven server-side of an application that powers site functionality from behind the scenes. We are looking for a ninja who will be a jack of all trades and can do both reasonably well enough to carry your project all the way from conception to completion. On the front-end, the full stack web developer uses a combination of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build everything a user sees and interacts with on a website. On the back-end, they develop the application, server, and database that make up the foundational structure of a website. Their skills are often centered around olution stacks like a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) or MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js) which contain all the technologies required to set up a complete website. The best candidate will have significant experience in modern web technologies.

 

The skillset recommended for this job for front-end are:

  • Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, or Ember etc., or JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower.
  • Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js
  • Font-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap
  • AJAX

The skillset recommended for this job for back-end are:

  • API design and development
  • CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
  • RESTful Services will be an added advantage
  • Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Server-side languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, and .Net

Job description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
HR Recruiter responsibilities includ sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most ualified employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and various job portals)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

• MBA in HR preferred
