Job Description:

  • Auditing calls
  • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team
  • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at individual level
  • Analyzing performance against standard parameters
  • Design call monitoring formats and quality standards
  • Providing feedback to Agents
  • Managing & motivating the team to improve the quality in process
  • Maintaining dashboard & Quality reports to be sent out to the Reporting Manager

Eligibility:

  • Looking from International IT sales and B2B process QA Call Auditing Exp
  • Ready to work in night shift
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
