Job Description :

  • Recruitment and Selection.
  • Leads front-line and mid-level managers in the execution of key HR processes to include (but not limited to) employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent acquisition and talent development
  • Able to objectively coach and provide guidance to employees and management on work-related issues, policy interpretation and creative conflict resolution
  • Assures proper implementation of Human Resources policies, processes, tools and systems
  • Responsible for making attrition control strategies and making sure they are implemented.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • MBA in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional HR experience including recruitment, employee relations, compensation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to create and analyze reports
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or closely related discipline preferred
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus.
  • Self-motived with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

Job description:

  • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization&search engine marketing.
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
